Ingredients in HTLT GO2 Max
HTLT GO2 Max does not contain any proprietary blend, which means there are no hidden ingredients, and all quantities are known.
This is a good thing because it’s always best to know what we consume. Six properly dosed ingredients to significantly improve your cardio(vascular) sessions.
I’ll explain every component in detail below:

- 500 mcg of B12 (20833% DV)
Vitamin B plays a vital role in metabolism, where they help carbs, proteins, and fats convert into energy. Besides turning food into energy, they’re needed in many places inside our bodies to keep our cells functioning properly. They also help to create DNA

NMN naturally occurs inside all living beings and is a precursor for Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD+).
NAD+ is a vital coenzyme that we need on a cellular level to survive. Below are some of the things NAD+ does (simply explained):

NMN is not a cheap substance, especially in a 400 mg per capsule dose.
Is HTLT GO2 Max Worth It?

When looking for supplements to improve your workout performance, the things that come to mind are pre-workouts, fat burners, BCAAs, etc.
A supplement like GO2 Max is not a well-known option. Nonetheless, I believe HTLT GO2 max can make a real difference in performance and endurance in high-intensity activities or cardio sessions.
It has a unique formula with NMN and ElevATP for better performance and endurance, Vitamin B against side effects (and other benefits described above), Sodium to stay hydrated, and Black Pepper Extract to increase absorption of the other ingredients.
Studies on NMN show a significant increase in aerobic capacity, which can likely be even better with GO2 Max. Experiences sure show that it works as intended.
