“Train Harder Than Last Time” – Coach Greg
Coach Greg is an IFBB Pro Bodybuilder, Master of Kinesiology, Guinness World Record Holder for multiple lifts, Fitness coach, and well-known YouTube personality.
Oh, and not to forget master chef with his famous Ultimate Anabolic Cookbook 2.0 that has completely transformed the dieting game.
With his new venture, HTLT Supplements, he’s set to take over the supplement with high-quality, premium fitness supplements.
The mission is to help you train harder than last time and get the results you’re looking for.
I’ll review the HTLT Supplements to find out if it’s the real deal.
In this article, I’ll review Pre-Pump Pre-Workout.
I’ll review HTLT Pre-Pump Pre-Workout in the following order:

- An explanation of all the ingredients (are they worth it?)

Practical Information about HTLT Pre-Pump Pre-Workout
Content: HTLT Pre-Pump Pre-Workout comes in a 60-scoop format, lasting 20-60 workouts, depending on how strong you want it to be. The tub weighs 717 grams or 25.29 ounces.
Option: you can buy HTLT Pre-Pump Pre-Workout with or without beta-alanine. If you hate the “tingles” or “itchy” feeling of pre-workout, I suggest you take the option without beta-alanine.
Serving size: one to three scoops of 12 grams.
Supply duration: Based on the ingredients, I believe one-scoop can already work fine, but two-scoops are perfect. I think you don’t need three scoops since you hit the upper limit of recommended pre-workout dosages for most ingredients at two. This means you’ll get More Pumped Than Last Time for at least 30 workouts.
Where to buy it: HTLT Pre-Pump Pre-Workout can be purchased on the HTLT website.
Claims of HTLT Pre-Pump Pre-Workout
Coach Greg HTLT promises the following about his pre-workout:
- For those leaving the stimulants behind but still want pure performance.
- INSANE scientifically formulated pumps.
- Better Pumps Than Last Time.
- Amazing flavor.
A dose of HTLT Pre-Pump Pre-Workout seems to be what we need to have our C Bum moment in the gym, taking our hoodie off, silencing the gym, and uncovering a mind-blowingly massive pump.
But is it too good to be true? Let’s find out.
Ingredients in HTLT Pre-Pump Pre-Workout
The HTLT Pre-Pump Pre-Workout does not contain any proprietary blend, which means there are no hidden ingredients, and all quantities are known.
This is a good thing because it’s always best to know what we consume. The pre-workout contains 10 ingredients, which are all dosed exceptionally well.
I’ll explain every ingredient in detail below (quantities are for two scoops – 30 servings):
6,000 mg of L-Citrulline
L-Citrulline is a non-essential amino acid that our bodies transform into another amino acid called L-arginine.
L-Citrulline increases the release of nitric oxide, which helps to widen the blood vessels. This allows more blood flow, oxygen, and nutrients to be transported into the muscles.
It also increases blood flow to the brain, which helps you to feel more focused, energetic, and sharper during training.
3,000 mg of Betaine Anhydrous
Betaine increases the amount of water in muscle cells, which results in a better pump during exercise.
Studies ( 2 times 1,25g/day) have also shown increased strength, better endurance, more muscle mass, faster weight loss, and less muscle fatigue.
3,000 mg of GlycerPump
It’s a stable form of 65% glycerol powder that helps to push more fluids into the muscles. This results in better hydration, endurance, performance, and fuller muscles (massive pumps).
Consume water and stay hydrated to get the maximum effect.
3,000 mg of Beta-Alanine
Beta-alanine is a non-essential amino acid that is produced naturally in the body. It helps to reduce fatigue, which allows for more reps and sets while working out.
Over time, this can lead to more muscle growth and strength gains. It’s also the cause of that itchy or tingling feeling all over your body.
1,800 mg of Malic Acid
Malic Acid is an alpha hydroxy acid commonly found in certain fruits and wines. It’s added to HTLT Pre-Pump Pre-Workout because it helps with boosting endurance, reducing fatigue, and absorbing other ingredients.
It may also be beneficial for less post-exercise muscle fatigue. It’s most commonly found in pre-workout as “Citrulline Malate,” where Citrulline is combined with Malic Acid for additional benefits.
1,000 mg of Agmatine Sulfate
Agmatine is naturally produced inside our bodies, where it’s made from the amino acid L-Arginine. It has plenty of essential functions and many benefits for working out.
It can boost nitric oxide, allowing more nutrient and oxygen-rich blood into our muscles. In gym language, this means massive pumps.
Besides this, it can boost energy, reduce stress (cortisol), help mental clarity, reduce perceived pain, and increase insulin sensitivity.
1,000 mg of Nitrosigine
Nitrosigine boosts nitric oxide and is commonly found in non-stim pre-workouts. It helps widen the blood vessels, which allows more blood flow, oxygen, and nutrients to be transported into the muscles.
It has also been shown to improve post-workout recovery, and we don’t build a tolerance for prolonged usage.
300 mg of Alpha GPC 50%
Alpha-Glyceryl Phosphoryl Choline, or Alpha GPC, is mainly used in pre-workouts for increasing mental focus and alertness.
However, it also supports the production of natural human growth hormones and has a role in fat oxidation. It may boost physical performance and muscle force production.
300 mg of Lion’s Mane Mushroom Powder
Lion’s Mane is a giant mushroom that looks like a lion’s mane as it grows bigger. It can be found in North America, Europe, and Asia. It’s been used in traditional Chinese medicine for a long time. As a dietary supplement, it can:
- Stimulate Nerve Growth Factor in the brain, which helps repair and create new nerve cells.
- Stimulate the repairing and creation of new neurons in the brain in a process called Neurogenesis.
- Boosting neurotransmitters like Dopamine and Serotonin can improve cognitive functions (memory, learning, etc.) and mood (reducing anxiety/ depression).
Lion’s Mane is in HTLT Pre-Pump, to feel less fatigued, have more (mental) energy, and improve focus and concentration.
100 mcg of Huperzine A
Huperzine-A works as an acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitor, which increases the levels of Acetylcholine in the body.
This increase will improve neurotransmission and both muscular and cognitive performance.
In the short term, it can result in better workouts by increasing focus, concentration, and cognitive abilities.
Flavors of HTLT Pre-Pump Pre-Workout
HTLT Pre-Pump Pre-Workout comes in 5 fun and unique flavors, which show that Coach Greg and the HTLT team wanted to create something special.
The following flavors are available:
- Tiger’s Blood
- Patriot Popsicle
- Peach Rings
- Strawberry Margarita
- Blue Raspberry
Blue Raspberry has been a staple of mine in pre-workouts for years, and while it’s good, I prefer the more extraordinary tastes.
My favorite is Patriot Popsicle, which has a taste that contributes to that feeling of wanting to pump iron. However, no matter the choice, I don’t believe It’ll disappoint.
Is HTLT Pre-Pump Pre-Workout safe?
HTLT Pre-Pump Pre-Workout is safe when sticking to the recommended dose for most healthy adults.
It’s perfect if you’re sensitive to caffeine or experience anxiety from other pre-workouts because it doesn’t contain stimulants.
It’s best to consult a medical provider before taking HTLT Pre-Pump Pre-Workout if you’re taking medication, have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are nursing.
Experiences with HTLT Pre-Pump Pre-Workout
Based on the (limited) experiences with HTLT Pre-Pump, it may be (one of) the best non-stimulant pre-workouts on the market.
People find the flavors delicious and better than competitors.
The pre-workout does precisely what it has been created for: MASSIVE pumps, better performance, mental clarity, and a better mood/ feeling in the gym.
It seems to be amazing for people that dislike caffeinated pre-workouts or for late-night workouts when you don’t want to be lying awake in bed till 3 am.
Price of HTLT Pre-Pump Pre-Workout
HTLT Pre-Pump Pre-Workout is priced at 59.99 dollars for 60 scoops (20-60 servings). This makes the price per scoop $1, $2 for a two-scoop serving, and $3 for a three-scoop serving, respectively.
I think a two-scoop serving will be enough to exceed nearly every competing pre-workout. In comparison, the popular GHOST Pump pre-workout has a $1-$2 price per serving.
HTLT- Pre-Pump Pre-Workout has double the ingredients, is way more effective, and is better dosed. I believe the price is more than justified since you get a supplement that’s a cut above the rest.
Is HTLT Pre-Pump Pre-Workout Worth It?
More Pumped Than Last time - Viking Beast
Based on experiences, ingredients, and flavors, I do not doubt that the HTLT Pre-Pump from Coach Greg Doucette is one of, if not the STRONGEST stimulant-free pre-workout on the market.
It has all the ingredients you could wish for in a stim-free pre-workout. The ten ingredients are all perfectly dosed at the upper limit of recommended pre-workout dosages (for two scoops).
I like that it contains Lion’s Mane, which I usually buy separately because it’s not commonly found in pre-workout supplements.
The combination of L-Citrulline, Betaine, GlycerPump, Agmatine and Nitrosigine will give you the most sickening, skin-ripping pump you’ve ever witnessed. If you ever wanted a Daddy C Bum moment in the gym, this is your chance to shine.
Important note: a good amount of muscle mass to silence the gym after removing the pump-covering hoodie is still required.
That being said, HTLT Pre-Pump is more than a pump product. It’s perfectly formulated to reduce fatigue, boost (mental) energy, improve focus and concentration, power up cognitive abilities (learning, memory, etc.), and improve mood.
I’ve been taking pre-workout for about seven years daily, have tried and reviewed MANY, and believe Coach Greg Doucette and the HTLT team are changing the fitness supplement game.
If you’re looking to upgrade your late-night workouts or are no fan of stimulants, I recommend giving HTLT Pre-Pump Pre-Workout a shot. I have no doubt it’ll be your favorite non-stimulant pre-workout.
You can find it on the HTLT website here.
