Now that sparks my interest, and since you’re here, I suppose you feel the same.

Ingredients in GHOST BCAA

The GHOST BCAA contains zero calories, so it does not contain any unnecessary sugars or fillers.

All ingredients and quantities are entirely transparent, which is what we’re looking for.

Proprietary blends often disguise underdosed/ bad ingredients.

7,000 mg of Vegan Fermented BCAAs (2:1:1 ratio) – L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine | Instantized

Twenty kinds of amino acids exist, of which nine are essential. We must get them from food because our bodies can’t produce them.

Three (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine) are called BCAA’s, or branched-chain amino acids.

They are more likely to go into our skeleton muscles, which is why BCAA supplements have become so popular.

L-Leucine may be the most important because of its vital role in protein synthesis (building muscle).

The 2:1:1 means a 2 L-Leucine ratio for every 1 L-Isoleucine and L-Valine. This is the optimal formula suggested by science.

Science has found that consuming BCAAs before/ during/ after training can improve strength, muscle gains, endurance, and recovery.

Vegan Fermented BCAAs come from plant-based sources (corn). This has the same benefits as animal sources but may be more soluble in water (easier to mix).

25 mg of AstraGin Root Extract

AstraGin is a patented ingredient that combines a purified root extract from Panax notoginseng and Astragalus membranaceus.

It supports a healthy gut and is used in supplements to increase the absorption of other nutrients.

In GHOST BCAA, it helps our bodies to use the BCAAs optimally.

Flavors of GHOST BCAA

GHOST BCAA comes in six mind-blowing flavors. If I have to choose between normal water or drinking “Sour Patch Kids Redberry,” well…

The following flavors are available:

  • Blueberry Acai
  • Kiwi Strawberry
  • Lemon Crush
  • Sour Patch Kids Blue Raspberry
  • Sour Patch Kids Redberry
  • Sour Patch Kids Watermelon

It’s hard to recommend a flavor (Sour Patch Kids Redberry!) since everybody has different taste buds.

I like to switch between all kinds of unique flavors in my supplements.

I recommend asking the nearest ghost you find spooking around or trusting your gut feeling.

Is GHOST BCAA safe?

GHOST BCAA is entirely safe for most healthy people because amino acids are necessary for our bodies to function correctly.

However, people with maple syrup urine disease (MSUD) must avoid BCAA supplements. They cannot break down amino acids properly.

Experiences with GHOST BCAA

The experiences with GHOST BCAA are overall fantastic.

Many people enjoy the unique flavors and state that it helps them get their daily water in.

The BCAA powder mixes easily, and there are no annoying clumps. They also feel their recovery time is reduced to hit another workout faster.

The few people who dislike GHOST BCAA mainly complain about the taste not being ideal.

As with any supplement or flavor, tastes will differ between people, and that’s expected.

Overall, GHOST BCAA gets an excellent 4,6 out of 5 stars on Amazon.

Price of GHOST BCAA

Price of GHOST BCAA

GHOST BCAA is priced at 27,99 dollars for 30 servings on Amazon. This makes the price per scoop around $0,93.

I think it’s reasonably priced for a plant-based BCAA supplement containing 7 grams of BCAAs, with a patented AstraGin blend to increase absorption.

The Alani Nu BCAA also has vegan BCAAs (5 grams) but costs $1,30 per scoop.

However, the XTEND BCAA costs around $0,55 per scoop and contains the same amount of BCAAs (7 grams), not plant-based.

The unique flavors, plant-based BCAAs, and AstraGin may be worth spending a premium on.

Is GHOST BCAA Worth It?

I think GHOST BCAA can be beneficial for your workout efforts mainly in (but not limited to) the following occasions:

  • If you’re on a (very) low-calorie diet.
  • If you’re working out in a fasted state in the morning.
  • If you’re training intensely for a long time (and need extra hydration).
  • If you’re currently not eating a high-protein diet.
  • If you’re not able to eat in a reasonable time after your workout.
  • If you like a unique flavored drink during your workout, day, or before going out.
  • If you have a mindset like “if it doesn’t work, it will not harm me anyways.”

It’s important to realize that BCAAs can be found in various foods (protein), like eggs, chicken, etc.

Daily supplementing with BCAAs will be unnecessary for most people unless you want delicious water.

They have their time and place on some occasions.

Within the realm of vegan BCAA supplements, the GHOST BCAA is an excellent choice.

You get 7 grams of high-quality BCAAs with increased absorption thanks to the patented ingredient AstraGin.

I like that it doesn’t contain calories or sugar, and the label is transparent.

The six unique flavors can brighten up even the most brutal workouts or days.

While it may not be magic, it can help to expedite your fitness journey by improving recovery, hydration, and muscle gains.

The claims are valid, and the positive experiences with GHOST BCAA are real.

If you’re looking to add more “cheat” to your days and like the benefits of GHOST BCAA, I recommend giving this supplement a try.

You can find it on Amazon here.
