Practical Information of HTLT G Test

Content: HTLT G Test comes in a 180-capsule format, lasting 30-60 servings, depending on your preferred dosage. Every capsule contains a total of thirteen ingredients.

Recommended serving size: 3-6 capsules daily.

Supply duration: Based on the ingredients, I prefer a dosage of 6 capsules for maximal testosterone-boosting effects. This means each bottle lasts 30 days or roughly a month per bottle.

Recommended cycle: HTLT recommends taking 1-2 weeks off every 4-8 weeks. I cycle natural testosterone boosters 5 days on – 2 days off. However, I do take Ashwagandha every night without cycling.

Promises:

  • Based on the 3-Test Test Booster ingredients: Fadogia Agrestis, Tongkat Ali, and Ashwagandha.
  • Carefully researched ingredients, backed mainly by human studies.

Where to buy it: HTLT G Test can be purchased on the HTLT website.

Ingredients in HTLT G Test

HTLT G Test does not contain any proprietary blend, which means there are no hidden ingredients, and all quantities are known.

This is a good thing because it’s always best to know what we consume.

Thirteen properly dosed ingredients are combined to formulate one powerful natural testosterone booster.

I’ll explain every component in detail below (quantities are for six capsules – 30 servings):

75 mcg of Vitamin D3 (375% of DV)

Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that we get through food and a hormone that our bodies make themselves, mainly by exposure to sunlight.

It’s used in many tissues inside our bodies and is vital for absorbing and retaining calcium and phosphorus. It can boost testosterone if you have a deficiency.

10 mg of Vitamin B6 (588% of DV)

Vitamin B2 plays a vital role in metabolism, where they help carbs, proteins, and fats convert into energy.

Besides turning food into energy, they’re needed in many places inside our bodies to keep our cells functioning properly.

It’s also an antioxidant that protects the body from free radicals and may help against certain diseases.

Vitamin B6 plays a role in testosterone production, and insufficient levels can increase estrogen levels.

200 mg of Magnesium (48% of DV)

Magnesium assists in moving blood sugar into your muscles, providing them with energy. It also helps dispose of lactic acid, which helps reduce fatigue.

Magnesium is essential if you have a deficiency or for older adults. Some studies have shown that supplementing Magnesium can effectively increase total and free testosterone levels.

40 mg of Zinc (364% of DV)

Zinc is an essential mineral for over 300 enzyme reactions in our bodies. It’s an essential nutrient that our bodies can’t produce or store.

Zinc is used in our bodies on the cellular level to create DNA and plays a role in the growth of cells.

Besides that, it’s needed to heal damaged tissue in our bodies, and it’s used to create protein molecules during protein synthesis. Zinc is also required for a well-functioning immune system.

600 mg of Fadogia Agrestis Extract 10:1

Fadogia Agrestis is a plant known as the African dwarf shrub and grows in the south and central Africa.

It allegedly increases the luteinizing hormone found in the pituitary gland. This hormone supports testosterone levels and the reproductive system.

Fadogia supposedly increases testosterone without alleviating estrogen too much, and there are also claims that it increases the size of the testicles.

500 mg of Ashwagandha (5% Withanolides)

Ashwagandha is made from a green shrub tree found in parts of Asia and Africa. The active ingredients in Ashwagandha are the withanolides.

HTLT G Test is standardized to 5%, roughly the same as the most popular variant Ashwagandha KSM-66.

Ashwagandha is a classified adaptogen, which can help us handle stress better. Taking it at night can help calm the body and reduce anxiety, improving sleep quality.

Ashwagandha can also positively affect testosterone by increasing the production of the luteinizing hormone. This hormone triggers testosterone production and supports our reproductive system.

You can read about my experiences with Ashwagandha here.

400 mg of Long Jack Extract (Tongkat Ali)

Tongkat Ali originates from Southeast Asia, where it can be found in the roots of a tree called the green shrub Eurycoma longifolia.

It increases the amount of testosterone, mainly free testosterone, in your body by splitting it from its binding hormone, the sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG).

Free testosterone is the testosterone that your body can use.

You can read about my (mind-blowing) experience with Tongkat Ali here.

400 mg of Mumie (Shilajit 10:1)

Mumie is a natural herbomineral that’s been used as a medicine for thousands of years. It has various health benefits like improving the immune system and cognitive function, decreasing inflammation, boosting energy, etc.

Important for G Test is that studies have shown that daily use can significantly increase both total and free testosterone.

300 mg of Ginger Extract (5% Gingerols)

Gingerol is the main bioactive compound in Ginger, which is standardized to 5%. It may be beneficial against diseases, nausea, the flu, reducing cholesterol, heart health, etc.

The main reason it’s in HTLT G Test is that ginger can improve digestion and absorption of other ingredients. Other ingredients become more effective.

250 mg of Saw Palmetto Extract (85-95% Fatty Acids and Sterols)

Saw Palmetto is a tree that can grow 10 feet tall and has leaves shaped like a fan. As a dietary supplement, it may stop testosterone breakdown into dihydrotestosterone (the byproduct).

This is thought to result in higher levels of overall testosterone. That being said, a limited number of studies haven’t found significant increases in testosterone.

They did find that Saw Palmetto increases sex drive, which is linked to testosterone. Saw Palmetto is often used to combat an enlargement of the prostate (non-cancerous) and may help against hair loss.

200 mg of Diindolylmethane

Our bodies make diindolylmethane from indole-3-carbinol, a chemical found in cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, etc.).

It may benefit more optimal testosterone to estrogen levels and make more testosterone freely available (free testosterone).

In essence, it may decrease the potent “bad” estrogen and increase the weaker “good” estrogen.

10 mg of Black Pepper Fruit Extract

Black Pepper Extract is used in HTLT G Test because it improves the absorption rate of other ingredients.

It also has a thermogenic effect that can boost energy by increasing internal body temperature.

8 mg of Boron

Boron is a trace mineral that can increase free testosterone by splitting it from the sex-hormone-binding-globulin (SGBH).

Free testosterone is what your body can use and gives you energy, sex drive, muscle, etc., benefits.

Benefits of HTLT G Test

I’ve been using many of the ingredients in HTLT G Test for a substantial amount of time, and I’ve also checked my testosterone levels before and after Tongkat Ali.

Below I’ll give a detailed overview of what significant changes I’ve noticed in my life, so you know what to expect.

Some background: I’m in my twenties, lift six days a week, and pay attention to my sleep/ diet/ etc. (been doing it for nearly seven years). I started looking into natural testosterone boosters because my levels were low for my age (I test it every half year or so).

Note: I cut down my body fat severely; as a natural, testosterone is expected to go down the drain. These benefits and blood results are not from after the crash diet.

My diet and training had been in a slight surplus, and I accounted for as many variables to remain consistent as possible (for the most accurate results).

Improved (Free) Testosterone

All ( at least most) of the benefits below are due to free and total testosterone improvement. However, I’m not too fond of guesswork, so I tested my testosterone levels before and after supplementing Tongkat Ali.

From my research, this is the most potent ingredient. Other ingredients like Ashwagandha contributed to my quality of life, but not to the same extent.

My total testosterone increased by over 20% and free testosterone by over 30%. I’ll add a picture.

Build Muscle Mass

After nearly seven years of lifting weights, minimal muscle gains are as good as it gets. That being said, increasing my testosterone allowed me to gain multiple kg of muscle mass in a relatively short time.

Progress was significantly faster, and I looked noticeably bigger. Perhaps feeling better and having a better mindset also means I can train harder.

Easier to Lose Fat

I’ve noticed a massive difference in how fast I can reduce my body fat and how much more weight I lose in fat mass compared to muscle.

It’s much easier to retain muscle and strength and still achieve an excellent rate of fat loss.

Better Body Composition

As a result of more muscle mass, strength, etc., and reduced body fat levels, my overall body composition has become noticeably better.

I’ve become bigger and leaner than I used to be in a relatively short timeframe. It seems my “setpoint” for how jacked my body can be changed.

Faster Strength Progression

As with building muscle, the rate at which I increase my strength has improved tremendously. I busted through my strength plateaus to levels I hadn’t been to before.

What surprised me is how well I retain strength even in lifts I haven’t performed in a long time.

For example, the way to a 5-plate (220kg) deadlift was long and hard, but now even after months of not deadlifting, I can pick up five plates with no problem. In the past, my strength would go down inevitably.

More Energy

After a few days, I noticed a life-changing (I’m not exaggerating) boost in energy. Previously I HAD to nap during the day, even if I had a good night’s sleep.

Or after my usual workout, I would be so fatigued physically and mentally that I didn’t particularly want to do much more. Now, my energy levels are way up to the point that I never need to nap anymore or feel a big afternoon dip.

I destroy my workouts instead of them destroying me. After an all-out, nearly passing-out set of Bulgarian split squats, I recover in a couple of minutes, and I’m ready to go again.

I can describe it best as going from “everything feels heavy” to feeling like “I’ve got a monster inside ready to annihilate anything on its path.”

Reduced Stress & Anxiety

This benefit isn’t solely from increased testosterone but also the added adaptogen herbs like Ashwagandha. Previously, I would regularly feel anxiety in certain situations like giving presentations, meeting new people, etc.

This changed entirely up to the point where I enjoyed being in “uncomfortable” situations.

Anxiety turned into a challenge and an opportunity to grow.

I also feel less stressed during the day and can better handle daily tasks. I’ve become more productive and eager to take on a challenge, and I sleep better because I worry less at night.

Improved Sex Life

While this topic is “taboo,” I feel it’s essential to include it. Improving my testosterone levels was significantly noticeable in the following ways:

  • Overall, sex drive is significantly higher.
  • I get “turned on” way faster.
  • My erections last (a lot) longer and are harder.

Motivation & Drive (Mindset)

All of the above influence this, but my drive to conquer the world and pursue my goals has skyrocketed.

It’s like going from a bodily state where everything is too hard to stay in that “I just watched a motivational video, and I’m hyped as f*” kind of vibe.

I feel more confident and better able to take on seemingly impossible challenges. A great example is starting this blog from scratch without any knowledge of things like building a website.

Safety and possible side effects of HTLT G Test

The HTLT G Test ingredients should be safe and well tolerated by healthy adults while sticking to the recommended dosage.

I’ve personally never experienced an adverse reaction. However, some caution is required.

It may be best to avoid HTLT G Test (consult your medical advisor first) while pregnant, nursing, suffering from certain diseases, or taking certain medications.

Based on the ingredients, some examples of diseases are:

  • Autoimmune disease
  • Stomach ulcers
  • Thyroid disorders
  • Hormonal diseases
  • Diabetes
  • Low or high blood pressure
  • Heart disease
  • A weak immune system
  • Kidney disease
  • Etc.

There might be mild side effects like nausea, restlessness, irritability, headaches, an upset stomach, diarrhea, allergies, etc.

Price of HTLT G Test

Price of HTLT G Test

HTLT G Test is priced at 49,99 dollars for 180 capsules. This makes the price for a 3-pill dose $0.83 and a 6-pill dose $1.67.

I believe the price is completely justified for thirteen ingredients, and nearly all of them potentially boost testosterone.

If you respond similarly to me, that $1.67 daily is the best possible investment you can make. Buying all of these ingredients would cost more and be less convenient.

Is HTLT G Test Worth It?

Better Quality of Life Than Last Time – Viking Beast

Based on the extensive ingredient list and personal experience, I believe HTLT G test can have a tremendous positive impact (especially if you feel your testosterone is lacking).

The ingredients are up-to-date with current knowledge and research on natural testosterone boosters. It contains the three essentials also found in HTLT 3-Test.

Tongkat Ali and Fadogia Agrestis have become popular thanks to neuroscientist Andrew Huberman (a very knowledgeable person). Ashwagandha has extensive studying behind it and is beneficial beyond testosterone.

Besides these three, G-Test contains every other possibly useful ingredient for boosting testosterone naturally.

I like that there are no hidden ingredients or quantities in “proprietary blends,” which isn’t necessary since every ingredient is appropriately dosed to work.

My only criticism is that the Tongkat Ali, or “Long Jack Extract,” isn’t explained in further detail. The active ingredient is the Eurycomanone content, and most extracts (even 1/200) contain a negligible amount.

Because of this, we’ve no clue how effective the Tongkat Ali is or if it’s standardized to a specific amount of active ingredient. This is a shame since I believe Tongkat Ali might be the most potent for boosting testosterone.

That being said, I believe HTLT G Test is a fantastic supplement that will support healthy testosterone levels so that you can crush your goals in the gym and life.

For that reason, I recommend you give it a try for yourself to see how you respond.

You can find HTLT G Test here.

If you’re interested in trying the highest quality Tongkat Ali and Ashwagandha (from Nootropics Depot) I’ve found, you can find them below:

Tongkat Ali: 200 mg 2% Eurycomanone and 100mg 10% Eurycomanone (I recommend one of each or only the 100 mg 5 days a week)

Ashwagandha KSM-66: 2x 300 mg daily
