I have a strong love for caffeine and pre-workouts, so naturally, I like trying high-stimulant pre-workouts.

A couple of years ago, I took 5150 pre-workout, and I swear I could see sounds. It was either PR on every exercise or waking up in the hospital.

I ended up with a massive bench press PR, and my love for high-stim pre-workouts only grew from there (in more safe dosages).

RYSE, backed by no less than Daddy Noel (Noel Deyzel), has a high-stim pre-workout that ended up on my list.

Science-backed, delicious, energy, pump, focus, etc. It sounds nice, but does it do the job?

In this article, I’ll be reviewing the RYSE Loaded Pre.

Grab your favorite popcorn machine, pop some kernels, and find out if RYSE Loaded Pre is next on your supplement list.

Ingredients in RYSE Loaded Pre

The RYSE Loaded Pre does not contain any proprietary blend, which means there are no hidden ingredients, and all quantities are known.

This is a good thing because it’s always best to know what we consume.

140 mg of Sodium and 130 mg of Potassium

Sodium and Potassium are essential minerals that support muscle contractions and nerve function.

Sufficient amounts are needed to keep mineral and water balance in check. Otherwise, you can experience nasty muscle cramps.

It can support your workout by increasing blood volume and improving blood flow.

4,500 mg of L-Citrulline

L-Citrulline is a non-essential amino acid that our bodies transform into another amino acid called L-arginine.

L-Citrulline increases the release of nitric oxide, which helps to widen the blood vessels. This allows more blood flow, oxygen, and nutrients to be transported into the muscles.

It also increases blood flow to the brain, which helps you to feel more focused, energetic, and sharper during training.

3,500 of Beta-Alanine

Beta-alanine is a non-essential amino acid that is produced naturally in the body.

It helps to reduce fatigue, which allows for more reps and sets while working out. Over time, this can lead to more muscle growth and strength gains.

It’s also the cause of that itchy or tingling feeling all over your body.

500 mg of VitaCholine (Choline Bitartrate – 40%)

Choline or Choline Bitartrate is an essential nutrient needed for the optimal functioning of every cell in the body.

It can boost muscle recovery, improve muscle performance during exercise and improve stamina.

It’s also used as a nootropic to increase focus during training.

VitaCholine is a patented form, clinically backed form of Choline Bitartrate.

300 mg of Caffeine Anhydrous

Caffeine anhydrous is extracted from the seed and leaves of coffee plants. “Anhydrous” means that it contains no water.

It’s a highly concentrated caffeine powder, the same as caffeine in coffee. Caffeine provides energy, alertness, focus, etc.

120 mg of Delayed Release Caffeine Microspheres (75% + Caffeine)(zumXR)

This patented form of caffeine is in RYSE Loaded Pre to give sustained energy for longer and avoid the typical “crash.”

This is especially important in this pre-workout because it’s very high in stimulants.

100 mg of Theobromine

Theobromine is an alkaloid that’s extracted from cacao plants.

It can expand your blood vessels, which improves blood circulation and helps to transport more nutrients in your muscles.

It may improve cardiovascular and cognitive performance.

Together with polyphenols and caffeine, it can have a thermogenic effect, which increases energy expenditure.

This could potentially help in weight loss.

50 mg of L-Theanine

Theanine helps to regulate the effects of other stimulating ingredients. You feel focused and energetic, but not overly (heart attack kind of) stimulated.

It also helps caffeine work longer, so you don’t get a crash in the midst of working out. Very beneficial in RYSE Loaded Pre.

10 mg of Vincamine (Thinkamine)

Vincamine is a patented ingredient that increases blood flow to the brain. This is beneficial for energy, focus, and cognitive abilities.

All of which are great for working out.

Flavors of RYSE Loaded Pre

RYSE Loaded Pre comes in 5 unique flavors. RYSE prides itself on creating delicious flavors to make drinking pre-workout a good experience.

The following flavors are available:

  • Freedom Rocks
  • Official Ring Pop Cherry
  • Smarties
  • Tiger’s Blood

I believe you shouldn’t buy this pre-workout for the “DELICIOUS” taste because there are better-tasting pre-workout out there.

Everybody’s taste buds are different, so I think you might completely hate the flavor or think it’s okay.

Smarties or Freedom Rocks might be your best bet.

Is RYSE Loaded Pre safe?

RYSE Loaded Pre is safe when sticking to the recommended dose for most healthy adults.

The pre-workout is VERY HIGH in caffeine, which might also not be ideal if you’re sensitive to caffeine or anxiety. It can make anxiety worse.

Don’t take this pre-workout too late in the day, or you won’t sleep, and watch your caffeine intake from other products.

It’s best to consult a medical provider before taking RYSE Loaded Pre if you’re taking medication, have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are nursing.

Stop taking the supplement two weeks before undergoing surgery.

In some cases, you can have mild side effects like an upset stomach, feeling nauseous, diarrhea, headache, etc.

Experiences with RYSE Loaded Pre

The experiences with RYSE Loaded Pre are primarily positive but have some criticism.

Many people feel the pre-workout working perfectly during their entire workout. They get great energy and pumps and feel more focused.

Even experienced lifters call it a “top-notch pre.”

A minority of people find a flavor “absolutely amazing.” Most find the flavors “doable.” Some see the flavors (mainly Tiger’s Blood) as terrible.

Now for the bad: some people don’t respond well to the high amount of caffeine, and get nauseous/ have an upset stomach.

It’s essential to make a self-assessment if you can handle it.

Also, if your caffeine tolerance is already through the roof, a high-stim pre-workout will most likely not provide the “pure adrenaline” feeling.

RYSE Loaded Pre gets an outstanding 4.4 out of 5 stars on Amazon.

Price of RYSE Loaded Pre-Workout

Price of RYSE Loaded Pre

RYSE Loaded Pre is priced at 37,00 dollars for 30 servings on Amazon. This makes the price per scoop around $1,23.

This is a reasonable price for a high-stim pre-workout compared to other pre-workouts I’ve reviewed.

The scoop size of 14.3 grams with some patented, clinically backed ingredients justifies the cost.

Is RYSE Loaded Pre Worth It?

After analyzing the ingredients and experiences with RYSE Loaded Pre, I conclude it’s an excellent high-stimulant pre-workout, but it’s not for everybody.

The high amount of caffeine will excite you to hit the gym fast. It will give you the energy and focus you’re looking for.

To avoid the “crash,” there is patented ingredient zumXR and L-Theanine. It may not be enough to kill the “crash” since many people still experience it.

More L-Theanine, Vitamin B12, or something similar may have helped.

I love L-Theanine. It’s an amino acid with plenty of benefits (mood, clear energy, etc.), and I take 300 mg daily.

The flavors are not as good as advertised, but everybody likes different things, so you might enjoy it (but don’t expect to). Tiger’s Blood gets the most criticism.

RYSE Loaded Pre has a good dose of L-Citrulline, and some complemental ingredients, that have the potential to give you a massive pump.

If you’re not used to high amounts of caffeine or are sensitive to caffeine, it may be best not to go for a high-stim pre-workout (or start with half a scoop).

You may get nauseous or have an upset stomach, which can ruin your workout.

If you’re looking for a high-stim pre-workout, don’t mind a chance of a bad flavor, and can handle it. I recommend giving RYSE Loaded Pre a shot and seeing if it works for you.
