I’ve always liked Rich Piana for his character, transparency, and brutal honesty.

When he passed away on the 25th of August in 2017 it was a sad day.

A fitness icon was lost. But his legacy continues to live on.

One way is through his supplements from the brand 5% nutrition.

Today I’ll be reviewing the Full as Fuck pre-workout.

Full as Fuck is a stim-free pre-workout, which means it doesn’t contain caffeine.

Its main purpose is massive pumps in the gym.

Ideal for late-night workouts or if you simply don’t like stimulants.

Let’s see if Full as Fuck pre-workout can give you a pump that would even make Rich Piana himself look twice.

Ingredients in Full as Fuck Pre-Workout

Vitamin C | 250mg

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is a vital nutrient for your body to heal properly.

It’s used to form blood vessels, muscle, cartilage, and collagen in bones.

Taking it pre-workout may help in post-training recovery.

250mg is dosed correctly.

Niacin (Vitamin B3) | 30mg NE

Niacin helps to expand our blood vessels, which increases blood flow in our body.

The extra blood flow can provide you with a better pump during your workouts.

Niacin also plays a role in converting food into energy, which may help with weight loss.

30mg NE is dosed correctly.

Phosphorus | 30mg

Phosphorus or dipotassium phosphate is important for healthy muscles and bones.

It helps the production of ATP, which is the energy used by your muscles during exercise.

It may also reduce fatigue.

In simple words, it’s important for all kinds of beneficial workout-related reactions in the body.

The recommended daily dose is 1,250mg, which is way more than 30mg.

Magnesium | 15mg

Magnesium or magnesium citrate assists in moving blood sugar into your muscles, providing them with energy.

It also helps in the disposal of lactic acid, which helps to reduce fatigue.

Magnesium is especially important if you have a deficiency or for older adults.

The recommended daily dose is 270-400mg, which is way more than 15mg.

Sodium | 1mg

Taking sodium before a workout can help you work out longer, by increasing blood volume and improving blood flow.

Sodium is also important for proper water and mineral balance in your body and is essential for nerve function and muscle contractions.

The recommended daily dose is 1,500-2,300mg (more for athletes).

You can add (pink) salt to your pre-workout.

Potassium | 140mg

Potassium is essential for your nerve function and muscles to contract properly.

Low levels of potassium may result in nasty muscle cramps.

The recommended daily dose is 3,500-4,700mg, which is way more than 140mg.

L-Citrulline | 5,000mg

L-Citrulline increases the release of nitric oxide.

This helps widen the blood vessels, which allows more blood flow, oxygen, and nutrients to be transported into the muscles.

It also increases blood flow to the brain, which helps you to feel more focused, energetic, and sharper during training.

5,000mg is dosed correctly.

L-Taurine | 2,000mg

Taurine reduces muscular fatigue.

This means you can train at a high intensity for longer.

It has benefits for endurance, strength, and general power.

2,000mg is dosed correctly.

GlycerSize | 2,000mg

It’s a stable form of 65% glycerol powder that helps to push more fluids into the muscles.

This results in better hydration, more endurance, better performance, and fuller muscles (huge pumps).

Consume a lot of water and stay hydrated, so you get the maximal effect.

2,000mg is dosed correctly.

Nitrosigine | 500mg

Nitrosigine boosts nitric oxide and is commonly found in non-stim pre-workouts.

It helps widen the blood vessels, which allows more blood flow, oxygen, and nutrients to be transported into the muscles.

It may help with getting in “the zone”, without caffeine. Perfect for late-night workouts.

It has also been shown to improve post-workout recovery, and we don’t build up a tolerance for prolonged usage.

500mg is dosed correctly.

Beet Root Extract | 500mg

Beetroot Extract or Beta Vulgaris is thought to increase nitric oxide.

This would cause blood vessels to expand, allowing for more nutrients, oxygen, and blood flow to go to your muscles.

However, it’s the nitrates that cause this effect.

Even the best beetroot extract has only approximately 1,5% of nitrates.

Many supplement companies get this wrong.

The recommended dose of beet root extract would be 30,000mg or 450mg of nitrate, which is way more than 500mg of beet root extract.

Dan Shen Extract | 100mg

Dan Shen Extract or Salvia Militorrhiza causes blood vessels to expand.

This allows for an increase of nutrients, oxygen, and blood to go to your muscles.

S7 Blend | 50mg

S7 is a blend added to further increase the boost in endurance, pump, strength, and power.

BioPerine (Black Pepper Extract) | 5mg

BioPerine or Black Pepper Extract is used in pre-workouts because it improves the absorption rate of other ingredients.

It also has a thermogenic effect that can boost energy, by increasing internal body temperature.

Is Full as Fuck Pre-Workout Worth It?

Full as Fuck pre-workout has been a go-to pre-workout for late-night sessions or when I don’t feel like taking any stimulants.

It’s great for massive pumps in the gym and increasing vascularity.

I love pre-workout, so the fact that I can take it at night and not be awake till 4 a.m. is a great bonus.

I honestly believe this product is great and I can recommend it.

It’s good to use on its own, but also in combination with a high-stimulant pre-workout, such as 5150 pre-workout (review) or Kill-It (review).

This combination will most likely be the most insane energy, pump/vascularity combination you’ve ever experienced. Sometimes I swear I see sound.

If not, then feel free to send me a message to share what you’re taking (I want to try it).

This pre-workout will most definitely make Rich Piana look twice from above when the pump cover comes off.
